At RKH we’re passionate about minimising our impact on the environment. That’s why we are hugely proud to be supporting the Advertising Association’s Ad Net Zero initiative to reduce the carbon impact of the UK advertising industry.
We’re in great company with organisations such as Facebook, Google, Unilever, Sky, IPA and Wieden+Kennedy, all coming together to help the industry achieve net zero by the end of 2030.
As part of our commitment to supporting Ad Net Zero, we’ll be contributing to the implementation of the initiative’s action plan which was unveiled in late 2020. RKH, along with other supporters, is a member of one of five working groups looking at how the industry can change how it works and be part of the solution to the climate crisis.
Over the coming months we’ll be tracking, analysing and assisting the continued reduction of carbon emissions from our advertising business operations and reporting back to the Advertising Association on our progress.
Our Client Services and Strategy Director Jamie says: “We have already made RKH a carbon neutral workforce through Ecologi and we’re continually looking at the ways in which we can work in a more environmentally friendly way. Supporting the Ad Net Zero initiative is the latest step we’ve taken in our commitment to making practical changes to lessen the impact we have on our surroundings and we’re really proud to be a part of it.”
